Very Spacious and Charming Mansion, 16m-long Pool and Billiards Pool Table. Close to Fortified villages, you'll enjoy the large garden and beautiful landscapes from the terrace overlooking the countryside and the pool. A must stay!
Ideal property for family holidays, vast indoor rooms (40 sqm) allow each and everyone to meet up or to get some privacy as preferred, may it be in the living room, the study or the billiards room for instance.
Kids will enjoy playing outdoor in the park (2.5 ha) and the vast swimming pool, or with board games, puppies theatre or toys, available on the first floor. A large room (250 sqm) allows kids to play from Spring to Autumn even when rain is out, while the older ones improve their billiards skills on the ground floor.

The Old Stables:
L'Ostau, L'Estanguet
and La Lambrusca
Splendid renovation in the former stables, a building from the 17th century. The building spans across 450sqm, is L-shaped, and includes a tiny dovecote, and three accommodations created/renovated recently.
An entrance hall with a 3.50m glass/metal door and a chandelier gives access to two 3-bedrooms accommodation (L'Estanguet, 125sqm and L'Ostau, 135sqm), which living rooms can be interconnected (totally soundproof when not). L'Estanguet is on a single floor, l'Ostau has a desk and a bedroom upstairs.
The third accommodation (La Lambrusca, 100sqm) has 2 bedrooms, one on ground floor, one upstairs.
Each of these accommodations is renovated with an open kitchen, modern materials (concrete floor, grey/white/wooden colours) in this building from the 17th century. Three terraces plus a garden and a swimming pool are also present.

A Fantastic Region to Explore
Nested just south of Dordogne and west of the Bordeaux wine region, you will find several great things to do and explore in the area. From Cultural outings (Castles, Bastides) to Palate enjoyment (Wines, Foie Gras and Plums), to boasting Countryside Sceneries, you'll get an awesome time in the area!
Fortified Villages
Bastides are pervasive in the region, including in Miramont, Castillonès, or Monflanquin. Testament to the active life of the past centuries, they bring soul and history to these charming villages
Vineyards
Vineyards of Monbazillac (sweet white) and Bergerac (whites and reds) are a few minutes away, cellar tours and wine tasting are available. Saint-Emilion and the greater Bordeaux wine area (Graves, Sauternes, Pomerol...) are not too far either
Castles
Renovated Castles are closeby, in Duras, Bridoire, Lauzun or Biron for instance. Visits possible depending on the period of the year
